Block YouTube at all times. The simplest, strongest setting for a clean break.

Focus Timer

Block for a set sprint — 30 minutes, an hour, two, or a custom length. Then it lifts.

Auto on/off by time of day. Choose active days and a window — work hours stay protected.

Daily Limit

Cap your total daily usage. A live meter counts down — when it's spent, YouTube closes.
